  • We reserve the right to refuse services if unsafe or unsuitable conditions are present.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are provided upfront or via quotation.

  • Payment is due upon completion of services, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • We accept cash, bank transfer, or other agreed payment methods.
  • Late payments may result in additional charges or service suspension.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that plans may change. If you need to cancel or reschedule:

  • We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations.
  • Late cancellations may incur a fee to cover costs.
  • If we cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, we will reschedule at a mutually convenient time.

5. Liability & Warranty

We take care to complete work safely and professionally. However:

  • We are not responsible for pre-existing issues or damage unrelated to our work.
  • Warranty applies only to the work we carry out, and not to supplied materials or external factors.
  • Liability is limited to the value of the service provided.

6. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure smooth service delivery, customers agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about the job requirements.
  • Ensure access to the property at the agreed time.
  • Provide a safe working environment.
